We offer COVID-19 testing and vaccinations. Please call to make an appointment.
Seasonal Flu Vaccine
Did you know that you may be able to prevent catching the flu by getting an annual flu shot? Find out where you can get the flu vaccine. Visit the CDC for more information about the flu.
HIV Prevention Program
The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection is the virus that causes AIDS. Many people may be unaware they are infected. All people with HIV should be seen on a regular basis by a health care provider experienced with treating HIV infection. Learn more about HIV.
We provide confidential HIV counseling, rapid testing, and referral services at the Springerville and St. Johns clinics.
STD Prevention Program

Know the facts about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs):
- Most STDs have few or no symptoms—at first.
- Over time, untreated STDs can lead to many problems.
- STDs can cause serious illness.
- You can contract an STD more than once.
- Getting tested makes sense if you may be at risk for STDs.
- STD testing can ease your mind by protecting your health and the health of your partner.
- Testing can help find STDs before symptoms show, so treatment can be started as soon as possible
Tuberculosis (TB)
Tuberculosis (TB) is caused by a bacterium called mycobacterium tuberculosis that usually attacks the lungs. If not treated properly, TB can be fatal. Learn more about TB.
Apache County offers PPD skin testing for TB at the Springerville Clinic for a $10 fee. You will need to return within 48 to 72 hours to have the test read.
